FAQ: FAQ

How should I prepare for my first healing session?

A session usually consists of a conversation for approximately 45 minutes  and a "healing" of around 10 minutes with a check in afterwards. Sessions last @ 1 hour.
We will meet on zoom on camera or on the phone and I will ask that you find a "quiet" place so that interruptions will be minimal. I  recommend a place to lie down for the healing portion; a sofa or bed near your computer if you are on zoom and you may be on a sofa or bed the entire time if you are on the phone.

What should I expect from my first session?

You may expect to feel more relaxed and you may even fall asleep during the healing portion of the session. One session is just the beginning and clients have positive results. Many share they've had a long needed good night's sleep. some say they are more more relaxed, or have a new perspective on a problem or another new awareness.
I don't plan a certain result but embrace the larger picture of my clients and all they bring to the session to help them heal where it is most helpful.
